Project inquiries
The inquiry form asks for your name, email, project type and brief. A budget range is optional. Details are saved in BuildZn’s authenticated operations workspace as encrypted records in a separate private GitHub repository so I can review the request, prepare a reply and discuss potential work. Umair Bilal reviews inquiries personally and responds using the email supplied. After storage, Formspree is used to send an owner notification containing only a record reference and a link to the private workspace, not your brief or contact details. The form confirmation acknowledges storage and reports whether the notification service accepted the alert; it does not promise inbox delivery or send you an email receipt. Draft replies require human approval; no automatic sales message is sent. Do not include passwords, API keys, sensitive personal data or confidential client records in your brief.
GitHub hosts encrypted operational records; Vercel serves the authenticated workspace. Formspree hosts owner notification references, and prior submissions may remain there. See Formspree’s privacy policy. Encrypted historical versions are retained by GitHub until repository history is purged. Deletion requests require purging retained versions as well as removing the current record; removing a current record alone is insufficient. Move to a private database before larger-scale use. Access and retention in legacy submission services and email inboxes depend on those services. You can contact me to request deletion of inquiry records I control; some provider or transaction records may be retained by their operators.
Demonstration inputs
The three public demonstrations process sample text in your browser. They do not call model providers, save records to a server or send your inputs to connected business systems. Reloading clears the preview. Export downloads are stored only where you choose to save them. Use fictional data in these previews.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics is loaded only after you allow analytics using the website’s preference prompt. It may process page views, device/browser information and interactions with service pages, project pages and inquiry actions. Form contents, names, emails and phone numbers are not included in the custom analytics events.
Your analytics choice is saved in local browser storage. Declining analytics does not prevent you from browsing or sending an inquiry. You can change that choice here: . If you withdraw permission after analytics has loaded, the website reloads without loading it again. Previously stored provider cookies may remain in your browser until cleared.

Hosting and external links
The website is hosted on Vercel. Hosting providers may process technical request information to deliver and protect the site. See Vercel’s privacy policy.
WhatsApp, LinkedIn and other external destinations have their own privacy practices. Following a link takes you to that service. This website does not submit your project brief to WhatsApp automatically.

Email me if you want to ask what inquiry information I hold, correct it, or request deletion. Include enough context to identify the inquiry without sending sensitive documents. I will review the request and explain any applicable limitations.
